When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical connection and request data necessary to deliver the website and maintain the security and stability of the hosting service. This may include server-log information and IP-related connection data.

According to IONOS, visitor data processed in connection with its Webhosting service is used for the security and stability of the service and to ensure reliable website delivery.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of this website).

Where IONOS processes personal data on my behalf, processing is governed by the applicable data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

EMAIL CONTACT

If a visitor contacts me by email, the information transmitted with the email is processed for the purpose of handling the enquiry and any subsequent communication.

This website does not operate a contact form. Clicking an email link opens the visitor’s configured email application. The actual transmission of the email occurs through the visitor’s and recipient’s respective email providers.

Personal data from a message is processed only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by applicable statutory retention obligations.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering messages sent by email).

APPLE MUSIC

An Apple Music player is available on request. No Apple Music iframe is loaded until the visitor chooses Apple Music. After that activation, content is loaded directly from Apple.

Apple may then process information such as the website on which the player appears, browser and device information, an approximate location derived from the IP address, and interactions with the player. Apple states that cookies or similar local-storage technologies may be used.

SPOTIFY

A Spotify player is available on request. No Spotify iframe is loaded until the visitor selects Spotify. Activating the player establishes a connection to Spotify. Spotify’s embed may use cookies or similar technologies and process information associated with use of the player.

This website loads the typeface Tenor Sans from Google Fonts when a page is opened. Google may process technical information such as IP address and browser data in order to deliver the font files.
